Situated within the Parklands main guest house is the Lakeview Restaurant which is renowned for its modern Australian cuisine using fresh and local produce including ingredients from Parkland's own kitchen garden, all whilst enjoying the views overlooking the unique oasis of manicured gardens and sweeping lawns leading down to the Retreat's private lake.
