This is a brand new, ultra-hip apartment hotel, offering space and convenience in the heart of the theatre district. The hotel was built in 1870 and was renovated in 2007 and comprises a total of 100 apartments and 30 studios. It is fully air-conditioned and offers a range of facilities including 24-hour check-out, lift access, Internet access and a laundry service.

All of the units have custom furniture and bedding, with Egyptian cotton linens and quartz countertops with frosted glass back slashes. Each unit also features mosaic baths with glass shower cubicles, flatscreen television sets in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine and dryer, wooden flooring and fully fitted kitchens. A hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a radio, a hi-fi system, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a king-size bed all come as standard. Central heating is provided and the air conditioning is individually adjustable.
