The Tufton Arms Hotel is a small, intimate, luxury hotel in Cumbria, situated in the centre of the charming medieval town of Appleby-in-Westmorland. The Tufton Arms Hotel was originally a 16th century coaching inn and is now a Grade II listed building rebuilt in Victorian times with tall ceilings creating a sense of space and elegance. Attractive patterned wallpapers, engravings and prints, heavy drapes, old fireplaces and large porcelain table lamps mix with contemporary fabrics, soft muted tones, modern lighting and bathrooms to create a sophisticated yet rich, classic look at this luxurious hotel in Cumbria.
