Overall, a must stay hotel in Dubai. Excellent room features, state
of the art Gymnasium as well as excellent access to all parts of
the City. A great addition to the City.
Exterior: 2008 build, all glass facade.
Lobby: An Inviting lobby and a good size. The reception is located
on the right hand side and the main all day dining restaurant in
located a bit further along.
Rooms
498 exquisitely designed rooms, including 121 suites, three
Presidential Suites and one Royal Suite. All rooms will have a
choice of views including the Dubai Creek, the Festival Marina or
the world-class shopping centre next door to the hotel. The rooms
have excellent functionality and a lot of time and planning has
gone into the design of the room and topped of by the exquisite
'wet room'. Naturally, the rooms all have the up to date
accessories including LCD TV, Wireless Internet, Iron & Ironing
Board and Trouser Press.
Restaurant & Food
There are 5 restaurants, a lounge and a bar in the hotel. The
lounge and the bar offer beautiful views of the harbour and Dubai
city, whilst the restaurants serve French food, seafood and
intercontinental cuisine.
Activities & Sport
The state-of-the-art gym is open 24 hours a day and features a free
weights Kinesis wall, steam and sauna rooms, a 25-metre
temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool and three spa pools,
all located on the leisure deck with uninterrupted creek and city
skyline views. Guests wishing to play a round of golf can visit Al
Badia Golf Club, which is just 1.8 km from the hotel.

there
From Abu Dhabi/Sheikh Zayed Road: On Sheikh Zayed Road (E11),
follow signs to Al Garhoud Bridge. Keep in the right-hand lane and
go over the bridge. Take the exit to Umm Ramool onto Al Rebat
Street. Travel 1.5 km and take the right exit to Dubai Festival
City. Turn left at the next signs, following directions to the
hotel.
