This hotel is located in the centre of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, just 2 minutes from the port and 7 minutes drive from the Las Teresitas beach. The hotel is on the main road, Rambla, next to García Sanabria Parque and Plaza de los Patos. It is 15 minutes from the Los Rodeos Airport (Tenerife North).

Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned city hotel with a garden and a terrace offers everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The hotel comprises a total of 40 rooms, including 25 junior suites and 5 suites. The facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts and several lounges that allow for different types of meetings. There is also a café, a bar, a dining room, free wireless Internet in the hall, conference facilities and laundry and room services.
