The hotel is uniquely located at the bank of the Maas and at the foot of the Erasmus bridge. It is perfectly situated for access to the metro and tram. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and provides with rapid access and connection to the most important conference centres, such as Ahoy, the Beurs-World Trade Center and the Doelen. Rotterdam city centre with restaurants, bars, clubs and the Central Station, as well as all the major tourist attractions, is within easy walking distance. Hoek van Holland seaport is around 33 km away, and Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is around 59 km away from the establishment.

Swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, tropical rain showers, solarium & fym are all free of charge. Please also note that parking is available in the public car park, for which tickets can be bought at the hotel or the car park. This hotel is ideal for individuals. Naturally, its big advantage is its prime location. Pets are allowed however there is a small charge.
Exterior: This building is modern, with dark grey marble, and could be said to resemble a large water vessel, especially with its gangway plank leading up to the entrance, which therefore gives it a unique feel.
Lobby: The lobby is medium in size, with seating areas. Here you will also find three computers for Internet access, free of charge. The bar and restaurant are located just off the lobby.

Rooms
The hotel offers comfortable, well-designed guest rooms, fitted with all conveniences. All rooms are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Additional facilities include a double bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, Internet access, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set.
