Situated at Bayan Lepas, where the Penang International Airport is located. This area is also known as the main industrial hub of Penang. The hotel is well located next to a big shopping mall, and Georgetown as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is about 20 minutes by car. The famous Batu Ferringhi Beach is about 35 minutes drives, and Tanjung Bungah could be reach in 25 minutes. Furthermore, it is close to Butterworth Station, and 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

Opened on 12 November 2009, Eastin Hotel Penang is set to be the leading business class hotel in the 'Pearl of the Orient'. The hotel is a new addition to the Eastin Group of hotels. Comprising a total of 328 guestrooms, the air-conditioned establishment features a lobby, 24-hour reception, hotel safe and lift access. Rooms

The rooms carry contemporary design with dark brown furnishing and a glass top writing table. Rooms are equipped with LCD TV and coffee tea making facilities. Toilet is compact and comes with standing shower. Superior and Deluxe rooms are of 28 square meters and are identical in design. Deluxe rooms are fitted with mini bar but not for Superior rooms, Superior rooms are located on 4th and 5 floor while Deluxe rooms are from 6th to 12th floor.
