Standard 1 Bedroom Apartment includes: lobby with kitchenette, sofa
bed, a bedroom and a bathroom. Services included: spoke

saucepans, hob, oven and fridge, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen

the pool from 15th April to 15th October and even more if the
weather allows, laundry service for availability of hand washing
and ironing board and iron, television with terrestrial and
satellite programs, use of mountain bike while stocks last,
unguarded parking area, heating included in holiday packages,
internet point and reading point at Borgo delle More. Extra
facilities: use of the phone inside apartment, shop selling typical
local products at Borgo delle More with oil, wine, liqueurs, jams,
honey, specialty pasta in addition to various foods, drinks, beer,
and other local products, heating / air conditioning, laundry
service upon request, obligatory extra cleaning costs when pets are
allowed, wireless Professional at Borgo delle More, baby cot, baker
Express with fresh bread, croissants, cakes and more directly at
the building if available. Required a deposit of ? 150.00 or credit
card for use of the apartment, refundable upon departure after
inspection.
Restaurant & Food
The property has not a restaurant but it offers accomodation with
kitchenette.
