This antique stone farmhouse was completely restored in 2009 to offer 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms as well as a café, breakfast/dining room and car park.

All of the rooms are provided with a minibar and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms have double beds for 2 to 4 people in a comfortable environment, perfect for the most demanding clients. Individually regulated air conditioning and central heating also feature in all rooms as standard.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, with deck chairs, sun loungers, parasols and a pavilion, ideal for guests to enjoy the silence of this location. Guests may also explore the surrounding area by bike. The nearby beach is sandy.

From the A11 motorway: Exit the motorway at Rosignano M.MO. Take the motorway (SS1) towards Grosseto and exit for Donoratico. Follow signs for Castagneto Carducci and upon arriving in Castagneto Carducci, follow the main road towards Sassetta. Before reaching the village of Sassetta, there will be a petrol station and a police station (carabinieri) on the right. Take the road in front of the petrol station on the left towards Monterotondo and follow for around 5 km. The sign for the guesthouse will be on the left-hand side.
