This hotel is located at the foot of the Hermon Mountain (Israel's winter ski resort) in the Moshav Neve Ativ area. The hotel is situated near to many historical and archaeological sites in the Golan Heights and is a short drive from the city of Kiryat Shamone. Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv is 292 km from the hotel.

This air-conditioned holiday village comprises 44 cottages: 13 can accommodate up to 6 people, and the rest can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 14). Facilities at the complex include 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facility, lobby bar, dining room, spacious lawns and cosy corners. Internet access is available, as is a laundry service (for an additional fee). Guests arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park.
