The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kowloon, Nathan Road, which is considered to be the backbone of Kowloon. This reputation is founded on the fact that it verily brims over with the glamour of urban existence. That and the fabulous shopping opportunities it has to offer. Temple Street Night Market, Jade Market and Tin Hau Temple are all located in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot. This cuisine of nostalgia is brilliantly created by Chef Fok, who brings back the dishes once considered to be at the pinnacle of gastronomic endeavour. On offer are dishes varying from exquisitely prepared seafood to a selection of some of Chef Fok's finest specialities. In addition, there are two privates dining rooms with audio visual equipments available for private gatherings and functions.
