The business hotel offers 104 apartments spread over 7 storeys providing a friendly and functional space for working, eating and of course relaxing. To make life simple, guests have access to a breakfast room and free high-speed Internet access. Further facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned city hotel include a lobby with lift access, and a car park (fees apply, on request).

The studios comprise an office corner, a bath or a shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, electric hobs and a fridge. They also have a direct dial telephone, TV with Canal +, free high-speed Internet access, a hairdryer, safe, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

A breakfast buffet is served each morning.
