The hotel offers a total of 104 air-conditioned apartments ranging from studios to 2-room apartments. The convivial and functional apartments, completely furnished and fully equipped, offer individuality and independence at the same time as convenient services. To simplify life, guests may make use of the breakfast room, car park free on request, reception open 7 days a week and free high-speed Internet access. The residence also provides lift access and conference facilities.

The apartments each come with a bathroom with shower or bath and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishes, microwave, electric hob, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Other amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV with Canal Plus, a work desk and complimentary Internet access. In the interest of comfort and convenience, the apartments are fitted with double beds and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

A buffet is served in the breakfast room each morning.

The reception is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 9 pm. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the reception is open from 8 am to noon and from 2 pm to 6 pm.
