The beach club resort hotel is located at Bavaro Beach. The nearest city, Higuey, is about a 40-minute drive away. Guests can walk along the deserted, sandy beaches, admiring the outstanding beauty of the island. While the outside world continues its rapid path, life in Punta Cana is ruled by mountain paths, deserted beaches, coconut palms and rapid waves from the north coast that allows adventurous experiences. The resort is 15 km from Punta Cana International Airport, while La Romana International Airport and Las Américas International Airport are approximately 80 and 200 km away respectively.

The resort's character is casual, elegant or simply barefooted all in one, an outstanding beachfront resort at Punta Cana's prime spot. With 642 rooms in total, the air-conditioned hotel offers 7 bars, a pub, disco, 6 restaurants and room service. Built in 2008, the hotel welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilties and lift access. Meeting facilities include conference rooms, a ballroom, exhibition space and banquet facilities. The property also provides an airport shuttle (surcharge). Onsite parking is complimentary. Those looking to stay in shape can take part in an aerobics or aqua fit session, while the hot tub ensures relaxation. Guests may enjoy the water sport facilities at the nearby beach for additional fees, which include jet skiing, diving and banana boating. Furthermore, guests may like to go windsurfing, sailing, catamaran boating or canoeing. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out at the sandy beach ready for use. Golf fans can head to the Cocotal Golf Course right next door.
