The aparthotel is located in the central part of the resort, 20 metres from the beach, in the heart of the endless nightlife spots. In the neighbourhood guests will find the Bar Variete and many restaurants and bars, as the complex attracts mainly night time party and dance lovers. Nesebar is approximately 5 km from the aparthotel and nearby airports include Bourgas (28 km away) and Varna (95 km away).

The complex offers 50 accommodation units in one-bedroom apartments suitable for up to 4 people and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access.
