Exterior: Modern, high-rise building. Lush palm trees and a fabulous water feature welcome guests to the front of the hotel. Outdoor heated pool and whirlpool.
Lobby: Spacious lobby, offering a welcoming feel. For guests' convenience, the concierge desk is available in the lobby, to assist with restaurant reservations and tee times. The Guest Service desk is available to help with transportation needs, or tickets to the many attractions and theme parks for which Orlando is famous.

The tastefully decorated rooms each come with a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a coffee machine, a double or king-size bed, individually controllable air conditioning and heating as well as a hire safe.

Great dining options include Jack's Place for prime steaks and seafood; the more casual café offers extensive buffets and an à la carte menu; a 24-hour deli offers convenience items and snacks; Rossini's take-out Pizza; Room service. Numerous other restaurants in walking distance.

This is a completely non-smoking hotel. There is a free of charge shuttle bus service, which runs regularly to Universal Orlando, Wet n' Wild and SeaWorld. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment.
