The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Guests may check in after 4 pm and are requested to check out before 11 am. Keys are given to guests at check-in. Parking is free and available at the hotel.

Guests arriving from Calgary International Airport should turn left onto Airport Road N.E.. Turn left onto Barlow Trail N.E.. Turn left onto Airport Trail N.E. and merge onto Deerfoot Trail N.E. / Provincial Route 2 South via the ramp on the left towards city centre. Merge onto Provincial Route 1 West / TransCanada Highway West via Exit 258. Take the 1st Banff exit and follow Banff Avenue to 419 Banff Avenue. The hotel is on the right hand side.
