Renovated in 2010, this charming hotel comprises a total of 70
accommodation units, all of which are spacious and comfortable with
views of the Canadian Rockies. The family-friendly hotel is fully
air-conditioned and features a lobby with 24-hour reception and
check-out service and a hotel safe. There is an on-site restaurant,
and conference facilities and WLAN Internet access are available.
The staff at the front desk are happy to help guests book tours and
activities, there is a laundry service, and guests arriving by car
can leave their vehicles in the car park or the covered parking

The standard rooms are located throughout the hotel, with views of
Cascade, Sulphur or Tunnel Mountains. Each room includes a

Restaurant & Food
A continental breakfast is included in the room rate and served in
the breakfast room of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant, Ticino,

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Guests may check in after 4
pm and are requested to check out before 11 am. Keys are given to

Guests arriving from Calgary International Airport should turn left
onto Airport Road N.E.. Turn left onto Barlow Trail N.E.. Turn left
onto Airport Trail N.E. and merge onto Deerfoot Trail N.E. /
Provincial Route 2 South via the ramp on the left towards city
centre. Merge onto Provincial Route 1 West / TransCanada Highway
West via Exit 258. Take the 1st Banff exit and follow Banff Avenue
to 419 Banff Avenue. The hotel is on the right hand side.
