Exterior: 1931 building with 16 floors. 360 degree views of
downtown Seattle and across to Bellevue from the higher floors and
city views from the lower.
Lobby: Large L shaped lobby with modern art deco furniture and
colors and a wine bar where guests relax in the inviting living
room style lobby with a crackling fireplace and comfortable
seating. The entrance now exudes a modern, neo art flavor to
compliment the buildings original design and architecture.
Rooms
Each guest room is elegantly well appointed and features upgraded
lighting, 32 flat panel LCD TVs, DVD players, clock radios with
iPod docking station, in room safes and complimentary WiFi access.
Most rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Seattle skyline
considered some of the best views of the city. City level rooms
feature views into the heart of the University district while Sky
level rooms enjoy panoramic views of illuminating downtown Seattle,

Restaurant & Food
The District Lounge in the lower level featuring American Cuisine,
martinis and live Jazz Wednesday to Saturday. An intimate

features Pacific, Southwest, Mediterranean and distinct local

there
Driving directions from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA):
head south towards S 182 Street. Turn left at International
Boulevard, then take the ramp onto WA-518 East, after that take the
exit on the left onto I-5 North towards Seattle. Take exit 169 for
NE 45th Street, turn slight left at 7th Avenue NE, and turn right
at NE 45th Street. The hotel will be on the left.
