Superior Homes are newer villas in superior communities, catering
to those who appreciate a higher caliber of accommodation. Modern
and spacious floor plans, attention to décor, upgraded
furnishings and appliances add extra comfort for a home away from
home.
Rooms
All homes feature: telephone, cable/satellite color tv, central air
conditioning and heating, washing and clothes dryer, iron/board,
towels and linens. In addition each home features a private pool
with a screened-in pool deck with sun lounges and a patio table and
chairs. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy with a 4 range
oven, full size refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, toaster,
coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups
and glasses. Master bedrooms will have a king or queen bed with an
adjoining full-bathroom. Additional bedrooms will have either a
double bed or twin beds with at least one shared full bathroom.
Activities & Sport
The home has a private pool with a minimum of 2 sun loungers, and a
table with 4 chairs on the pool deck. Pool heating is available at
an additional fee, seasonal.

Key collection and registration for the villa must be done at the
offices of Florida Worldwide (Gulf Coast Holiday Homes), the
address is: 1900 Main Street, Suite: 200, Sarasota, Florida 34236.
The emergency telephone number is: 1-941-320-1564. Check-in is at
16:00 h. If guests arrive after normal office hours, directions and
keys to the villa will be in the lock box located in front of the
office. Please note a USD 300 refundable damage deposit is payable
upon check-in.
Directions, How to get
there
From Orlando Area, locate and join Interstate I.4 heading West
towards Tampa. Take exit 9 to join Interstate I.75 South signposted
to Naples. Take exit 210 to Sarasota also signposted Fruitville
Road, turn right and merge onto State Road 780 ( Fruitville Road),
this will take you into central Sarasota. After 8 km turn left onto
Highway 301 also known as Washington Bloulevard, and then first
right onto Main Street, and first left again onto Links Avenue.
After just 200 m turn left into the parking garage, which is
opposite the Superior Bank,and park in a visitors slot. Walk out of
the parking garage and retrace your steps through the small park to
the 1900 office building on Main Street. The office, suite 200 is
on the first floor, it is a grey building with red awnings and the
entrance into the building is opposite a Restaurant on Main Street.
Please use the elevator in the building for access to the first
floor to find suite 200.
