The hotel offers both an indoor and outdoor pool so that, irrespective of the weather, guests will never miss the opportunity to enjoy a swim. After a swim or work out nothing helps you to unwind better than relaxing in the jacuzzi or the steam bath, both adjacent to the indoor swimming pool. As well as extensive leisure facilities the hotel has internet access for guests.
Exterior: A three storey, with a white painted frontage and landscaped gardens providing a warm welcome. The hotel has car parking at the front of the hotel for coaches and guests with cars.
Lobby: Medium in size the lobby is bright and airy, with marble flooring. A small seating area is available, with the bar just across the lobby to relax in.

All bedrooms are en-suite and centrally heated, with added comfort of colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and direct dial telephone. Rooms are traditional in style but clean and comfortable and of a fair standard.

Breakfast and dinner are served daily in Metropole's spacious Dining Room. Special diet or a la carte menus can be provided on request and children are not forgotten - there is a menu specially for them.The restaurant is large in size and is again quite traditional in decor. The hotel also has two bar areas to relax in, as well as a coffee shop with access to the outside pool area - perfect for the warmer months.
