The hotel is located on the top of a hill overlooking the city of Kiev. It is close to the Palace of Sports and to some of the Embassies, most notably the Bulgarian Embassy. The city centre, Khreshchatyk Street and the Bessarabian Market are a short walk away. St. Sophia's Cathedral and the Old Town are a short drive away, while the Mother Russia monument and Caves Monastery are also a very short car journey away. 1 kms to city centre 35 kms to the nearest airport (zhulhany) 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station (palace of sports) 5 km to the nearest station (kiev central railway station) 3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 1 km to the nearest fair site (sports palace (500 metres))

A real throwback to Socialist Seventies architecture, the rooms are comfortable, clean and adequate.
Exterior: This is a high-rise, utilitarian, steel and glass building dating back to the 1970s. Although it might not be considered the most attractive building on the Kiev skyline, it is certainly a landmark and difficult to miss.
Lobby: The large lobby has marble flooring and dark wooden and metal fittings. There are large windows overlooking the car park and a water feature to the front of the property. The daytime bar is to the left of the entrance and the reception and bureau de change to the right. There is ample seating here in comfortable surroundings.

Rooms
All rooms come with picturesque views of the city centre. There are also superior rooms, which are renovated. The rooms are en suite and equipped with a shower, a hairdryer, a king-size bed, a direct dial telephone and satellite/cable TV. Further amenities include a minibar, air conditioning and central heating.

Restaurant & Food
The restaurant is located on the first floor close to the meeting rooms. It is on two levels and is a large, well decorated room with much natural daylight.
