This charming design hotel was fully renovated in 2009 and consists
of 128 fully equipped rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with
24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air
conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, lift access, a
hairdressing salon, TV lounge and laundry service. For additional
fees, guests can make use of the Internet access, room service and
car park. Guests can also wine and dine in one of the several
restaurants and bars.
Rooms
The rooms are distributed across a number of individual buildings
linked to the main central building. The rooms are on 2 floors and
are served by a lift. In-room amenities include individually
controlled air conditioning and heating, a direct dial telephone,
Internet access, a safe, washing machine, radio, satellite TV, a
minibar and lounge area. The en suite bathroom features a
hairdryer, shaving mirror, separate WC, bath and shower. Guests
enjoy the comfort of a double or king-size bed as well as a balcony
or terrace.
Restaurant & Food
High-quality local and international cuisine is served at the Chott
restaurant. A buffet breakfast is served from 5 am to 10 am and
dinner is served from 7 pm to 10 pm. The Chems restaurant with a
poolside terrace is open from 11 am to 5 pm serving grilled and
light meals. The El Djerid restaurant serves Tunisian,
Mediterranean and local specialities from 7 pm to 12 pm. Children's
menus and seats are available.
Activities & Sport
Facilities provided free by the hotel include 2 freshwater swimming
pools, one 300 m² outdoor pool, with sun loungers, mattresses and
parasols, and a 100 m² indoor heated pool, with sun loungers,
sporting activities and a reading room. There is also a poolside
snack bar, children's swimming area and sun terrace. Facilities
incuring fees include the gym and spa area with treatments, a hot
tub, sauna and hammam. There is also a golf course about 5 minutes
away by car.
