Situated in the centre of the resort, built in 1986 and last renovated in 2007, this apartment complex consists of 50 one-bedroom apartments. The complex offers guests a reception with limited opening hours and parking facilities. For a fee, guests can also make use of the establishment's Internet access.

All apartments enjoy individually regulated air conditioning and have one bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living/dining room. The private bathroom includes a bath and shower, and the apartment also comprises satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and kettle, a hire safe and a balcony.

Guests can make use of the complex's own outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area and can make use of the sun loungers and parasols provided. Water sports can be enjoyed at the beach, and there are both bicycle and canoe rental facilities to be found close to the establishment. From the airport take the main road to Ferrerias, after passing the city turn off to Cala Galdana. Once in Cala Galdana cross the river and turn left. The complex is situated 50 m from the roundabout, opposite the park.
