Built in 1969 and renovated in 2001, the hotel is located on a main
street and consists of a 7 storey main building as well as a
6-storey annexe block with a total of 279 rooms of which 8 are
singles, 250 are doubles and 10 are suites. Guests are offered use
of a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange
facility as well as a lift. Additional facilities include a café, a
shop, a hairdresser's salon, a TV room, an air-conditioned à la
carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (highchairs are
available upon request), a conference room and Internet access. Use
of a car park and garage is also available as well as a laundry
service and room service. From November the hotel's spa will be
available for clients at extra charge.
Rooms
The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with
hairdryer. They area also equipped with a direct dial telephone,
satellite/ cable TV, radio, Internet access, a minibar, a fridge, a
double bed, central heating and a safe.
Restaurant & Food
There is an a la carte restaurant leading to the swimming pool
area. It is large and decorated in Andalusian style. It offers a
variety of menus as well as light snacks for lunch.
Activities & Sport
The traditional hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a swimming pool
with a kids pool, a a poolside snack bar, sun loungers, parasols, a
Jacuzzi, sauna, a solarium, a steam room, a massage service and a
gym (under). Sports enthusiasts make use of the tennis courts, gym
or play a round of golf on the course that lies just 7 km from the
hotel. A beach with sun loungers and parasols is located close to
the hotel.
Comments
From 1 November 2007 the parking at the hotel will carry an
additional charge.
