The hotel is located in the middle of the Sierra de las Nieves, around 3 km from the town centre of Ojen. It is 10 km from Marbella and 12 km from the beach at Marbella. Málaga Airport is around 53 km away.

Built in 2008, the hotel has 4 floors with a total of 69 rooms. The establishment is a spa complex and eco hotel, and is family friendly. Facilities offered include air conditioning, a 24-hour reception service, a currency exchange facility and lift access. A hairdressing salon and a TV lounge are included within the complex, and dining and drinks are provided at the café, bar and restaurant. For an additional fee, the hotel also offers a laundry service, room service, Internet access and garage parking.
