The hotel boasts a central location, as it is situated on one of the main avenues of the city. All the most important tourist attractions are within walking distance, for example, the Cathedral-on-Blood, built on the former place of the Ipatievsky House, where Czar Nicholas II spent the last days of his life.

Hotel located in a 1933 historical building, a perfect example of constructivism in arquitecture. Renovated repeatedly, last renovation was in 2008 to suit the needs of a business or leisure traveller. One peculiarity of this hotel is the Stone Floor, where each room is decorated in the style of one of Ural stones. Hotel amenities include Internet access, onsite cafe, parking lot, two fully equipped conference halls and excursion and ticket reservation.
