The hotel is located in Rokko Island, a reclaimed land area and just twenty minutes from Kobe city centre near Island Center Station (Rokko Liner line). Rokko Island is a new town on the sea which has spectacular views of Osaka Bay and The Rokko mountains. This hotel has easy to access to Kobe and Osaka. It is an associate hotel of the famous theme park Universal Studios Japan, with a gift shop selling a variety of official Universal Studio products. Guests staying at this hotel can purchase a "Studio Pass" which gives access to the Universal Studio park, even during times of entrance restrictions. Access is by direct bus, thirty minutes from the hotel and guests are required to make a reservation and fare payment in advance.
Exterior: This is a modern, white, 21-storey building with a huge entrance.
Lobby: The lobby is very spacious and open plan and the hotel caters for the Tower Floor guests with a separate front desk and lounge on the 19th floor.

Rooms

The rooms are vary in size from medium to large and are elegantly decorated with a warm atmosphere with all contemporary facilities. The Tower floor rooms are located on the 18-20th floors, being extremely elegant with fabulous views.

Restaurant & Food

A selection of eight different restaurants to choose from ranging from formal to casual restaurants with a cafe, a bar and a lounge as well. The two restaurants located on the top floor serve great food and guests can enjoy the views at the same time.
