The beautiful resort is situated on the quiet side of the Ayung River. It is set just a few minutes from the historical centre of Ubud, and approximately 5 km away from Ubud market. The resort is spectacularly located amidst the rice fields and verdant hillsides of Bali. Ubud Monkey Forest can be found around 7 km away, and Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport is approximately 60 km away from the resort.

This charming, air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 19 villas. The word ‘Samaya' is a Sanskrit word, referring to the inner sanctum of well being, and describing a reflection of peace and tranquillity in a place where refuge can be found. This concept is reflected in the personal feeling of the hotel, and the cosy character of its interiors. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, and they can enjoy the convenience of Internet access. They can also take advantage of the room and laundry services, and for those arriving by car may leave their vehicles in the hotel car park. To ensure guests' satisfaction, the accommodation is furnished with daily shuttle service to Ubud area base on availability, car rental, postal and shipping service.

Rooms
The accommodation features a harmonious blend of cutting-edge design and lavish comfort. Each of the resort's tastefully appointed one, two and three-bedroom villas features a private swimming pool and a host of luxurious amenities.
