Built in 1999, the hotel consists of a 5-storey main building with a total of 182 rooms, including 56 singles, 70 doubles, 19 juniorsuites and 18 apartments. Guests are offered a reception with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a café and a lift. The hotel also offers its very own auditorium and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants. A conference room and Internet access are available for those staying on business. Guests may either park their cars in the hotel car park or in the garage (additional fee payable). Room service rounds off the amenities on offer.

Exit Bleibtreustraße. Make a left at the street level and walk down Bleibtreustraße until you reach Kurfürstendamm. Make another left at Kurfürstendamm. After approximately 30 meters, you will see the hotel on the right side of Kurfürstendamm at the intersection with Knesebeckstraße.Travelling by Train:From the "Main Train" Station (platform 16), you can take any S-Bahn (city railway); S5 direction Westkreuz, S7 Direction Potsdam, S75 Direction Spandau or S9 Direction Spandau; to Savignyplatz.
