Bacolod is the capital of Negros Occidental. Known as the ‘City of Smiles’ due to its MassKara Festival. Masskara Festival is a Mardi Gras-like festival with spectacular mix of dance, color, and music. The city is also known as the Land of Sweet People and also famous for its culinary heritage. Besides its culinary, Bacolod City is home to many mixed martial arts competitions.
