Built in 2007, the hotel offers guests a wide range of services, including flight, train and bus ticket booking, tour booking and visa services. Additional facilities available to guests at the 30-room hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, hairdressing salon, TV lounge, café, Internet access (fees apply), room and laundry services and a bicycle hire service.

There are 4 different kinds of rooms classified into standard rooms, superior rooms, deluxe rooms and suites. All of them are decorated with contemporary interior designs and furnished with graceful fabrics. Tasteful colour combinations add more beauty to their appearance, and the suites offer more amenities than other room types. Each room features an en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone and satellite TV.
