The hotel has established a reputation as 'the place to stay' for foreign business people, as well as government leaders. Under state-control, the hotel has always provided the service and standard expected of a business hotel and now, in the more competitive private sector, has maintained this standard and achieved the status of one of Da Nang's leading hotels. Renovated in 2009, the hotel comprises 70 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Guests are also provided with a TV lounge, café, restaurant, room and laundry services and a car park.
