With thirty-five acres of landscaped lawns, tropical gardens and a fabulous swimming beach, this is a first-class vacation resort. It is a perfect retreat for families, golfers and tennis buffs. It offers a variety of accommodations and an exclusive beachfront setting in Kauai's Poipu area. Kiahuna Golf Club is nearby, and shopping and dining options are right across the street.
Exterior: The 42 three-storey plantation-style buildings are situated on 35 acres of landscaped lawns and gardens filled with tropical flowers.
Lobby: Small lobby, plantation-style, with tropical plants and Hawaiian-style furniture.

The luxurious rooms all come with a kitchen, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, an iron and ironing board, a hire safe, and either a balcony or terrace. In addition, an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and a radio are also provided in all accommodation units as standard.

The resort has a restaurant that serves Pacific Rim and Hawaiian cuisine for dinner. Also there are a variety of dining options within the Poipu Beach area; many are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Dependent on the season, a kids' programme, barbecues, picnics, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a hot tub are all available for guests to take advantage of.

Family Plan: 2 adults and 2 children (17 years and younger) can share the existing bedding in the DBL room type. The minimum stay is 2 nights all year round. Rates for the entire duration are based on the first night rate.

Upon exiting Lihue Airport, continue straight until reaching the intersection of Kuhio Highway/Hwy 56. Turn left onto Kuhio Hwy/Hwy 56 West which will automatically merge into Hwy 50 West. Continue on Hwy 50 West. Turn left at Maluhia Road/Hwy 520. Upon entering Old Koloa Town, turn right onto Koloa Road. Turn left on to Poipu Road. Follow Poipu Road until a stop sign. Turn right, then quickly turn left and proceed down the hill.
