This family friendly resort hotel provides breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from each of the 100 condos, all of which come with living rooms and most have master bedrooms facing the gulf. It is ideal for business travellers and holidaymakers alike and facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with 24-hour check-in/out service, a hotel safe, a games room and parking.

Custom features include a breakfast bar, marble baths and a washer/dryer as well as breathtaking views. They also come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, Internet access and a minibar. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and an ironing set.

Property amenities include a gulf-side pool, a seasonally heated indoor pool with spa, a large deck with dune walk-overs, tennis courts and a gym. From Back Beach Road (Highway 98) guests should turn on to Highway 79 heading south towards the Beach. At Front Beach Road turn right and head west for a few kilometres. The resort is located on the beach side of the road with covered parking on the opposite side of the street. Guests arriving from Destin should take the Emerald Coast Parkway (Highway 98) heading east, and travel approximately 66 km, then turn right onto Beckrich Road and right again onto Front Beach Road. Travel approximately 10 km and the hotel will appear on the left.
