family run hotel features a garden and comprises a total of 12
rooms, of which one is a suite, spread over 2 floors. Facilities on
offer include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the
clock, a hotel safe and a cloakroom. The establishment has its own
bar and restaurant. Furthermore, it offers public Internet access
as well as room and laundry services and parking for those arriving

Rooms
The room interiors have been individually styled using designer
textiles and wallpapers from labels such as Jane Churchill, Fowler,
Zoffany and Colefax, and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer as
well as high quality fittings are provided in all accommodation as
standard. Most bathrooms feature marble surrounds. A good night's
sleep is of the utmost importance, so guests will find most beds in
our establishment are supplied by VI Spring. All beds have duvets
and Frette bed linen. Moreover, guests have the choice of either
duvets or blankets and sheets. A direct dial telephone, a flat
screen satellite TV, a DVD player and a radio also come as
standard. A large selection of films, including the newest
releases, are available at reception. In addition, tea and coffee
making facilities, a double bed and individually adjustable heating
are also provided in every room as standard. On arrival, guests
will find a complimentary decanter of whiskey waiting for them in
their room and complimentary tea or coffee are either served to the
rooms each morning or provided on tea trays, as guests prefer.
Superior rooms offer either a stunning view of the Loch, or are
somewhat more spacious. Some come with a bathtub plus a separate
walk-in shower. The suite features a view over the Loch, a separate

shower and twin washbasins, a king-size bed and a separate stereo

there
By road: approximately 32 km north of Oban and some 43 km south of
Fort William. From Glasgow: take the M8 west over the Erskine
bridge, turn left onto the A82 (Crianlarich) and continue North
towards Ballachulish. Take the A828 to Oban and turn right in Appin
at the sign for Port Appin / Lismore Ferry. From Edinburgh: take
the M9 motorway towards Stirling. Continue on the A84 and continue
towards Crianlarich (A82), carry on in the direction of
Ballachulish. Take the A828 to Oban and turn right in Appin at the
sign for Port Appin / Lismore Ferry.
