The charming family-friendly city hotel is an 8-minute walk from Taksim underground station and the restaurants, bars and nightlife of Taksim Square. Numerous shops, the convention centre and museums are all within walking distance. The Old City of Istanbul, with sights such as the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar, is approximately 20 minutes away on public transport. Ataturk airport is around 20 km from the business hotel and Sabiha Gokcen airport is roughly 43 km away.

This pleasant city hotel has an authentic style and its two restaurants are well known for their Turkish and international cuisine. There are a couple of meeting rooms with business services available and there is free WLAN Internet access within the hotel. For relaxation there is a cafe and a comfortable bar with an indoor capacity for 100 persons. Renovated in 2009, the air-conditioned city hotel offers 117 rooms in total and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, lift access and a newspaper stand. For additional fees, guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services, and a car park.

All of the hotel's tastefully decorated rooms have a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning, central heating, a hairdryer, complimentary safe, minibar and Wireless Internet access. Each room additionally features an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a private balcony or terrace. (Promotional/economy rooms are smaller and have no outside view).
