This hotel is managed by a family from the Lahu hill tribe, who come from a village in the mountains. It comprises a total of 30 rooms, including 11 singles. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service and wireless Internet access. The hotel also has a library and a gallery where guests can learn about real Doi Pumuen history. Guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is parking available for those arriving by car.

The standard double or twin rooms come with a shower room, a minibar/fridge and cable TV. The deluxe queen-size rooms have a shower room, a fridge, cable TV, free wireless Internet access and a balcony with seats and plants.
