Overlooking the main intersection of Ahmad Al-Jaber Street and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Street, the hotel is at the heart of the commercial district and within easy walking distance of Kuwait City's souks, shopping malls and restaurants. 5 kms to city centre 15 kms to the airport (kuwait) 25 kms to the airport (wia) 15 km to the nearest fair site (mishreef center)

Further the hotel offers small meeting facilities. Definitely one of the best if not the best in its category in town.
Exterior: A modern, high rise, grey sandstone building in the heart of the city.
Lobby: A small lobby with the reception to the right and the Lobby Cafe to the left.

The medium size functional rooms are completed with en suite bathrooms, central heating/air-conditioning, direct dial telephones, mini fridge, writing desk, TV with satellite channels & in house movie channel.

Restaurant & Food
The Tipu Sultan is open every day for lunch and dinner, offering a choice of Indian, Arabic and international dishes. The restaurant is decorated with ornate ceramic and beaten metal panneling in a style reminiscent of bygone Rajastan palaces. The Lobby Cafe serves 24 hours light meals and snacks as well as the daily breakfast buffet.
