The hotel is situated in a quiet area very close to Venice. It is easily accessible from the motorway, which is 3 km away, and from the railway station (200 m). There are links to the public transport network beside the hotel and the beach is about an hour's drive away. Marco Polo Airport is located 10 km away and Treviso Airport is some 30 km from the establishment.

Completely renovated in February 2011, the hotel now revels in its elegant and minimalist style. It features an excellent restaurant that offers traditional and international dishes to accompany a wide range of local wines. Guests can also enjoy the extensive bar and wireless Internet access is available in all areas. There are 90 rooms in total at this city hotel. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and lift access. Further facilities include free parking, a café, and room and laundry services.

Directions, How to get there
From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take the number 15 bus to the hotel, alternatively, taxis are also available. The closest railway station is Venice, Mestre Station. By car take the A4 Milano - Venezia motorway to the Venezia exit. Upon reaching Piazzale Giovannacci (with a large fountain in the centre) take Via Rizzardi towards Venezia; the hotel is located after 300 m on the right.
