Situated in the east of the city, this hotel is easily accessible by all major motorways. Due to its peripheral location, parking is fairly easy. This is a big advantage, as parking in centre of Florence is now extremely difficult, especially in summer months. Situated on the famous River Arno, the hotel is easy to find and not far from city centre, just a pleasant 20-minute walk along the famous river Arno, up to the Ponte Vecchio. 3 kms to city centre 10 kms to the nearest airport (peretola) 2 km to the nearest station (s.m.novella ( main station )) 15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop 2 km to the nearest fair site (fortezza da basso)

Although simply furnished and with limited facilities, it represents a good value for money, and it is ideally located for those on business or pleasure trip, for either individuals or groups.
Exterior: This is a 5-storey modern building, in keeping with the surrounding architecture. The building dates back to the 1960s, but has been kept in fair condition.
Lobby: The large lobby and public areas are interconnecting. They have marble floors and are very bright, due to the huge windows, covered with just sheer white curtains. There are several floral fabric sofas and armchairs, plants and lamps, for guests needing to relax.

Rooms
The medium-sized rooms are decorated in a simple and nice style. Each room has a small private balcony, and some of them overlook the River Arno.

Restaurant & Food
Situated on the ground floor, the restaurant is very large and bright, furnished in a simple style. It has a red marble floor and creamy painted walls. It offers a range of local and international cuisines.
