The hotel is located in a quiet side street very close to the busy port of Pireas. The shopping and commercial area, Archaeological Museum of Pireas and trade fair ground are within walking distance. 30 kms to the nearest airport (eleftherios venizelos) 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (piraeus) 1 km to the nearest station (piraeus station) 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop Close to the trade fair ground (o.l.p)

The hotel is like a breath of fresh air in the port area and can provide a verycomfortable stay for the travellers in transit to and from the islands. All places of interest are within walking distance. Excellent value and quality of service in a regenerated and welcoming space.
Exterior: The hotel is a modern building with an attractive mock-classical facade. It has been renovated, painted over and stands out among other buildings.
Lobby: The lobby is a medium sized combined reception and bar area, very clean and convenient. Staff are friendly and well informed.

Rooms
The rooms are small to medium in size, all renovated (2004) to a very high standard. The style is modern throughout, with all standard amenities included such as TV, mini fridge and air conditioning.

Restaurant & Food
The hotel has small breakfast hall for those guests requiring a meal (payable extra). There is a snack bar near the lobby, serving hot and cold drinks and refreshments.
