This hotel is ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle but
is still very close to the main shopping and restaurant area.

Lobby: The lobby is of a small size with a modern reception and
sitting area, leading onto the lounge and breakfast area.
Rooms
All of the comfortable rooms feature standard fittings and come
with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, a direct dial telephone,
satellite/cable TV, a seating area and heating as standard. The
studios come with an en suite bathroom with WC, air conditioning, a
fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, satellite TV and a
telephone with an automatic wake-up service. Electricity, bed
linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The
units are cleaned and towels and bed linens replaced every 7 days.
We request a deposit of ?150 on arrival.
Restaurant & Food
The breakfast room is on the ground floor. It is furnished with
dark brown tables and benches and is very spacious.

Directions, How to get
there
From the airport by bus/tram: take bus N° 23 (only from Terminal
1), buy tickets with the driver (can take the same ticket for the
Tram). Get off at stop Thiers/Médecin walk up the street
approximately 50m, take the tram, and don't forget to valid the
ticket inside. Get off at the next station Liberation. Cross the
avenue, on left bakery Zambetti in the street Clement Roassal.
After a few meters will see the hotel on the right. If the guests
arrive after 21:00h take bus N° 98 and get off at the main bus
station (Gare Routière). From there, take the tram direction Las
Planas and get off at the station Libération. From the highway by
car: take the exit Nice-Nord N° 54 and follow the direction towards
the city centre (Bv de Gorbella, Bv A. Raynaud), at the very end of
Bv A. Raynaud turn left into Bv J. Garnier;next right into rue
Alfred Binet) , turn left into rue Clement Roassal and finally left
into Rue de Dijon.
