Nomads is a flashpacker located next to the Queen Victoria Market at the top end of the CBD. It is a easy walk to the city centre. It has recently been refurbished and has a very modern feel. Excellent property. 1 kms to city centre 25 kms to the nearest airport (melbourne tullamarine airport) Close to the station (flagstaff) 3 km to the nearest fair site (melbourne exhibition centre)

The in 2005 refurbished building has 52 rooms and will give a new dimension to backpackers in Melbourne. Kitchen & laundry facilities are available and there are lockers in all dorm rooms, as well as WLAN Internet access. The travel & tour desk offers job support and the hostel features a funky and spacious cafÃ©/bar that is cutting edge sleek and offers coffees, pub meals and a stylish bar.

Rooms

Rooms range from dorms to double/twin rooms and even to deluxe bedrooms with a private bathroom, a luxurious king-size bed, fluffy towels and a TV. All the rooms and dorms feature individually adjustable heaters.

Restaurant & Food

The bar and lounge is a nice venue to relax and has a popular beer garden. Different fun events are held on different nights of the week.

Directions, How to get there

The hostel is located right in front of Melbourne's Victoria Markets, only minutes from Flagstaff Station. Using Flagstaff Station as a landmark, exit on William Street, walking up past the gardens. Take the first right at the Raddison hotel and you will find the hostel 100 m on the left. An easy 3-minute walk!
