A visit to this hotel affords guests the luxury of being truly at
peace. It is located in the midst of one of the most bountiful,
pristine and inviting natural areas on Earth. It is surrounded by
secluded beaches, rain forests and uninhabited islands in a place
far removed from mass tourism, where traditional Thai hospitality
has free reign. The hotel itself was fully renovated in 2007, and
features 15 accommodation units, along with a reception foyer,
where guests can take advantage of the hotel safe and currency
exchange facilities. Other communal spaces include a restaurant,
bar and television room, and hotel services including room and
laundry services, Internet access and and bicycle hire are also at
guests' disposal. Parking is provided for guests arriving by
car.
Rooms
The resort's villas are built in traditional Thai/Balinese
architectural style and blend into peaceful tropical gardens with
swaying coconut palms, spread over more than 16,000 m². Each villa
is private and well-equipped with a king-size bed and all modern
comforts, and all look across the beach and picturesque bay to
neighbouring tropical islands. Each villa also has both a private
indoor and outdoor garden bathroom and a terrace. The villas have a
telephone line as well as a hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee and tea
making facilities, a minibar and an electronic safe. TV and DVDs
are available on request.
Restaurant & Food
The restaurant, which is considered to be the best on the island,
seats up to 60 people and serves local Thai, and European set
menus, à la carte offers and daily specials with fresh seafood from
the surrounding sea. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet,
while lunch and dinner may be ordered from the menu.
Activities & Sport
There is an outdoor, saltwater swimming pool with loungers, and a
spa which offers a wide range of treatments and massages. Body and
facial treatments with a blend of southern Thai-style treatment is
the professional therapists' signature. Other leisure activities
available include jet skiing, diving, canoeing, rowing, mountain
biking, volleyball and beach volleyball and badminton all provide
excellent leisure activities, as does the entertainment programme
for children.
