The rooms range from 38 to 98 square metres, designed for comfort and luxury, featuring teak Asian colours and technology with the 'Me and My Room' concept. This is an advanced in-room technology connecting everything from the satellite/cable TV to an iPod or laptop. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds and have an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Amenities also include a direct dial telephone, radio, Internet access and a safe. A minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and air conditioning are standard features in all accommodation units.

Relax and indulge on 1,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor space. Restaurant, bar, lounge and swimming pool provide guests with a culinary and leisure lifestyle experience. All this is located on the 4th floor, a modern designed venue where guests enjoy total flexibility from choosing their preferred seating arrangement at any time of the day for any meal or beverage. Having breakfast around the pool or at the bar, afternoon tapas in the Lounge or a private dinner in one of the 4 Salas and enjoying cocktails on the comfortable, partially shaded pool deck.

Guests can take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. There is also a poolside snack bar and sun loungers with parasols laid out for guests to use. Alpine Golf and Sports Club is about 45 minutes' drive from the hotel.

Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. Guests are given the option to loan a mobile phone upon arrival with a local SIM card (deposit and cost of credit). Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A room guarantee/payment must be given prior to arrival and all expenses must be settled upon departure.

From Suvarnabhumi International Airport head to West Exit then take a slight left toward Route 31 and continue straight on Route 31 then take the exit onto 3119. Then take exit West 2-01 toward Rama IX Road. Then take a slight left at Rama IX Road (250 m), then a slight right to stay on Rama IX Road (19 m), then a slight left again to stay on Rama IX Road (1.6 km). Turn left at Asok-Din Daeng and continue onto Asok Montri Road for 1.4 km then turn left at Sukhumvit Road. Continue for 350 m then the first right onto Sukhumvit/Sukhumvit 27 for 13 m. Turn right and enter Sukhumvit 20, continue for 400 m then the hotel is located on the right-hand side.
