This hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Trujillo. The Plaza Major is located in the immediate vicinity and can be reached within 5 minutes. Public transport links are located just 500 m away. The national park of Monfragüe is situated around 40 km from the hotel. The nearest airport of Badajoz can be reached within just 150 km.

It is now a deluxe hotel, combining a respect for the past with all the technological innovations of a modern hotel. The atmosphere created by the hotel`s unique architectural setting, together with the exclusiveness and privacy of its facilities, make this a luxury Boutique hotel. The hotel has been fully restored in such a way as to preserve its splendour and original character. In addition to its cloister and other rooms, it now features an outdoor swimming-pool, bar, snack bar, sun terrace, garage, meeting and conference rooms with capacity up to 335 guests.
Exterior: The hotel is housed in the previously Convent of San Antonio, which has been redecorated with really good taste. The outside facade has been painted in dark pink to contract with the granite Baroque features. There is a little cloister inside framed by arches. It is a very singular building.
Lobby: The lobby area is medium in size and tastefully decorated.

Rooms
All come with mini-bar, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV. They also have full bathroom. The decoration is not sophisticated but has been decorated trying to keep the style of a formerly convent with a modern touch. Very comfortable and pleasant.

Restaurant & Food
Extensive breakfast buffet Restaurant El Refectorio specialized in international, local and seasonal cuisine, with an excellent wine card (open from 1.30pm to 3.30pm and 8.30pm to 11.00pm). Cafeteria/Bar Turgalium (open from 10.00am to midnight)

In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool and a sun terrace. The nearest 18-hole golf course is located 46 km away.
