The hotel is located right in the heart of Seville's city centre between famous Plaza Encarnación with its modern viewing platform, which is an architectural highlight, and Plaza de Arms, one of Seville's two bus terminals. All attractions are within 15 minutes walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops within a short walk of the establishment. San Pablo Airport is about 25 km away.

The hotel is housed in an amazing palace from the last century with large bedrooms that are lavishly decorated with ornamented exclusive wallpaper, antique furniture and curiosities. Guests may enjoy the view of Seville from the grand rooftop terrace bar, overlooking the Easter processions passing by or enjoy an exclusive dinner party. There is wireless Internet access throughout the building. Guests may also make use of the computers in the lounge area. There are 35 rooms at this youth hostel, which was fully renovated in 2011. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange, lift access to the upper floors and a newspaper stand.
