This holiday village was built in 2009 to the highest standards. It has 134 apartments distributed across 9 fully air-conditioned buildings, featuring 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom duplexes. The complex is surrounded by vineyards and offers fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Additional facilities include a lobby, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a café and WLAN Internet access. Guests arriving by car may use the garage.

The hotel offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments featuring a double bed, a lounge with a sofa bed, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. The kitchenette offers a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. All apartments are en suite and the complete bathroom features a shower, bath and a hairdryer. Additional facilities include a safe, washing machine, ironing set and individually regulated air conditioning/heating. A balcony comes with every apartment as standard.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Sun loungers and parasols are also available at the beach for a fee. Golf lovers are superbly catered for, with the best courses less than 15 minutes away. These include Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque, Almenara, Alcaidesa, Doña Julia, La Duquesa, La Reserva and La Cañada. In less than 30 minutes guests can also reach the golf courses at La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Los Flamingos, Atalaya, El Paraiso and Monte Mayor.
