This city hotel is located in Lisbon's most exclusive residential area and is surrounded by stately embassy buildings and noble homes. It is only minutes away from the historic areas and tourist attractions, the pier and the shopping district. The building in which this hotel is set was a family house until 1992, when the family of the Count sold it to the Simões de Almeida family, who then turned it into a hotel. The Villa (a new wing) was inaugurated in 2002 and features 2 suites, 4 junior suites and 8 rooms. The 7-storey establishment comprises a total of 109 guest rooms and suites and is fully air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Further on-site facilities include lift access, a hairdressing salon, a bar and a restaurant. Guests can relax in the TV lounge and business guests are sure to appreciate the conference facilities and WLAN access. Room service is provided and garage and outdoor parking are both available. Younger guests can let off some steam at the children's playground.

Each guest room in the Palace Wing is unique. They have been designed individually, with inspiration taken from various Portuguese styles, ranging from 18th century classical to art deco. Private balconies and spacious rooms assure a stay that is relaxed and comfortable. Rooms in the Villa come with a balcony and beautiful views of the gardens. The en suite bathrooms feature bathtub/shower and hairdryer and in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, Internet access, minibar and safety deposit box. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating, and double/king-size beds also feature.

Restaurant & Food
This hotel has restaurants and bars on site and guests can choose between bed and breakfast and half-board stays. A buffet and continental breakfast is served each morning and lunch and dinner can be selected from the à la carte menu. The hotel can cater for special dietary requests.
